DOUBLE HOMICIDE

JOHN MARSHALL STEWART PANSY LUCILLE STEWART

Conroe, Texas
This happy, well-loved couple were murdered in their home at 1104 Foster Drive, Conroe, Texas. Conroe is a small community near Houston, where the Stewarts moved after Marshall's retirement from Mobil Oil Corp. Although their bodies were discovered on August 22, 1995, decomposition indicated they had died several days earlier. Both deaths were the result of gunshot wounds. The house had been ransacked, and many items, notably jewelry and guns, had been stolen.

THERE IS A $10,000 REWARD
for information leading to the arrest and indictment of suspects in this case. UNSOLVED CRIMES needs information from anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area, heard anything unusual in the area, or has any information that may be helpful on this case. We also need to hear from anyone who may have seen any of the following stolen items:
- Ring Yellow metal/white stone - butterfly design - pinky finger
Pendant Yellow metal/ white stone - heart-shape design - stones follow the shape on small thin chain.
- Pendant White metal/white stones - designed with a stone in the middle of a cluster of smaller stones on small thin chain.
- Necklace Pearl choker
- Earrings Yellow metal studs - 3/4 carat white stones
- Ring Lady's white metal dinner ring - oblong in design - 3 large white stones in line, surrounded by smaller white stones.
- Ring Lady's white metal cluster ring - one large white stone surrounded by smaller white stones.
- Chain Lady's yellow metal rope-style chain, diamond-cut, 20 inches long.
- Chain Lady's yellow metal, herringbone style, 18 inches long.
- Watch Lady's yellow metal bracelet style - rectangular dark face possibly Pulsar or Elgin brand
- Watch Man's two-tone yellow and white metal Rolex - band is dark leather, with Rolex emblem on metal clasp.
- Ring Man's yellow metal with one large white stone (CZ)
- Ring Man's white metal, designed from pendant of Mobil Oil emblem of the flying red horse.
- Rifle Remington model 742 semi-automatic 30.06 cal with scope.
- Pistol 25 cal. semi-automatic, unknown brand
- Pistol Ball and cap 44 or 50 cal.
- Pistol 40 cal. semi-automatic, possibly a Taurus.
